Rob entered the real estate industry in 1995, achieving early success and earning accolades such as Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, and #1 in Sales Units Closed. Recognizing the need for expansion due to rapid growth, he established a team dedicated to meeting client needs.
Initially starting with one full-time office manager and three agents, the team has since expanded to include over 170 experienced Realtors. Our company now encompasses a dedicated marketing department with a graphic designer, a social media manager, and an event coordinator, all overseen by the office manager and agent operations manager. Lead coordination and call management are handled internally by our lead coordinator, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing resources for your property. Additionally, a full-time trainer handles recruitment and training for all of our agents.
After years of successful service in the KC Metro area, our reach has expanded to include offices in Springfield, MO; Ames, IA; Des Moines, IA; Dallas/Ft Worth, TX; Lake of the Ozarks, MO; St. Petersburg, FL; and Pensacola, FL.
