What a process, what an education! I've known Majid for years, so always knew that I would do business with him when it came to buying our first home. What a process, what an education! I've known Majid for years, so always knew that I would do business with him when it came to buying our first home. We had a few chats, years and months before closing on our house, mostly about timing and finances. The whole way, he's been patient with us and counseled us through the process. It finally came time to start looking at the beginning of June. We gave them our parameters and started seeing prospective homes. What a process, what an education! I've known Majid for years, so always knew that I would do business with him when it came to buying our first home. We had a few chats, years and months before closing on our house, mostly about timing and finances. The whole way, he's been patient with us and counseled us through the process. It finally came time to start looking at the beginning of June. We gave them our parameters and started seeing prospective homes. That's when we met Lynn - who's awesome! - a wealth of knowledge and experience on her own. My wife and I started learning more about homes right away, foundations (horizontal cracks bad...), siding, roofs, HVAC age...
